• Free Standard Shipping within 5 - 7 business days in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
• International Shipping within 7 - 10 business days

Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days of Warehouse Processing time for in-stock items.

Restrictions

In some cases, our carriers are unable to ensure safe delivery to your addresses. Make sure to include specific details about your address, such as street and building numbers, if available.

• Shipping address limitations

We don't accept shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Box shipping is limited to the US using standard service only. Unfortunately, non-continental European countries are not supported either.

• The situation of failed delivery

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behavior of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
